The clinic is very welcoming and spacious and decorated beautifully in a modern style.which is what you will notice when you first walk in. It doesn’t look like a clinic. That is how beautiful it is. There is a fireplace and beautiful white furniture and vases on shelves and the ceilings are very high and there are large windows that go to the floor.The staff is very attentive and friendly and helpful. They are very organized in getting you in and out in a timely manner. The medical staff including the doctor are both very professional and friendly. They make sure that you are comfortable and understand everything. The doctor is very experienced and knowledgeable and he will make sure that you understand everything. The medical staff also go over everything with you to make sure everything is understood regarding your aftercare. They actually have a small office that they send you to after your procedure and sit you down and go over the details of aftercare which you sign and take with you. I don’t know of any other clinic that takes the time to do this in such a professional manner. Usually, they just talk quickly and maybe give you a copy of the discharge summary.while you are still in the clinical room. It is also very clean and bright and spacious throughout the clinic and well-stocked with everything they need. You will have no regrets as a patient. They go above and beyond. It’s the best clinic I have ever been in. They have everything covered top notch.
I had an incredibly positive experience at the Chicago Vein Institute. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and made me feel like any kind of work was out of my hands. They communicate clearly about timelines and what to expect before, during, and after procedures. I always felt like I was in good hands when I visited and totally trust the team. I would highly recommend.

I’ve had several vein procedures done at Chicago Vein Institute and the staff has always been professional and very helpful. It’s a modern facility - my favorite part of each visit is to watch their Google Earth videos with tropical destinations- super relaxing.I’ve never waited more than a few minutes for my appointments and the doctors are great!

I'm so happy coming here to the vein clinic. Wonderful staff and the Dr Sunje. Karina was real nice taking care of my wounds and looking forward on starting lazer treatments now. I highly recommends this place from the front desk and back office people are attentive and kind.

I feel so lucky to be a patient at Chicago Vein Institute. I have been getting treatment for leg vein issues there for several years and the high quality of their care never varies. The staff is always very professional and friendly. They make sure to explain what each procedure will entail and what I need to do after my appointment. Before coming to them, I had constant leg pain, but thanks to them, I am now pain free and I can do the activities I like to do-play tennis, ride my bike, take Pilates classes-without worry. I can’t recommend CVI highly enough.
